I appreciated getting clear emails about my order and shipping status. The delivery took a little longer than I personally expected, but I never felt left in the dark because I could always tell where my package was. For me, that made the wait a lot less frustrating. Overall, it was a good experience.

The site is really at first glance, but actually using it was kind of frustrating. Pages were slow to load, the filters didn’t feel very smooth, and a couple of times items just disappeared from my cart. For the prices they’re charging, I expected the whole shopping experience to be way easier.

The box showed up neat and nicely wrapped, which I really appreciated. I’m always a bit cautious about things getting damaged in shipping, but this felt carefully packed and gave me peace of mind

I do like the style, and the website was easy enough to get around, but the prices are tough to swallow. The sweater I bought feels nice and looks good, but it definitely doesn’t feel like it should cost anywhere near $1000.
Shipping was fine and the packaging looked great, but when I had a quick question, I got transferred around a couple times before anyone could actually help me, which was annoying. I’d maybe shop here again if there’s a good sale, but at full price it feels like you’re paying more for the name than the actual value

I really like a lot of the items here, and the quality seems nice. My only issue is that the sizes sell out so fast, which gets frustrating when you finally find something you want. It would be great if they could restock more fairly or keep popular sizes available longer, because people should at least have a decent chance to buy what they came for.

I bought a sweater from Khaite and really thought it would be better for the price. It looked super nice when I first got it, but after just a few wears it started pilling badly and kind of lost its shape. It also wasn’t that comfortable, a little stiff if you’re wearing it all day. I tried reaching out to customer service about it and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t make the experience any better. Overall, it looks nice, but the quality just wasn’t there for me.

I ordered my normal size, thinking it would be fine, but nope. The fit was doing its own little “fashion disaster” routine, super tight in some places and weirdly loose in others. For the price, I expected way better than this sizing circus. And the return process? Also annoying, because apparently the “fun customer experience” package was included for free.

The replies have been super slow, and I’m still sitting here waiting for my refund like it’s somehow my fault. I just wanted a simple exchange, but this whole process has been way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ended up needing a refund, which I was kind of dreading because I’ve had other places take forever with that stuff. But this one came through fast, honestly. I checked my account later in the day while I was making coffee, and it was already there. No hassle, which I appreciated

It feels really well made overall, and I’m happy with the quality. I just wish it hadn’t taken so long to arrive because waiting around for it was frustrating.

I’ll admit, the designs looked really nice online, but I’m always a little skeptical when a brand’s wording is too polished and everything sounds “premium.” When the piece arrived, it kind of confirmed that feeling. From a distance it looks cute, but up close the fabric was thinner than I expected and the stitching had a few messy spots. For the price, I was hoping for better finishing. It’s not awful, but it didn’t feel as special as the site made it seem...

I had a question about my order and wasn’t expecting much, since customer service usually makes you wait forever or gives some vague answer. But they got back to me way faster than I thought they would. I was a little suspicious at first because it almost felt too easy, but they were actually nice, clear, and fixed the issue without me having to keep chasing them. Happy with how it turned out.

I don’t know, everything looked kind of plain to me, and the prices felt a little higher than they should be. Maybe it works for some people, but I’m sure it’s just not my style.
